Reminder: Joyful Kidz will be CLOSED: Dec 23-Jan 2. Have a safe and warm Holiday Season and a very Merry Christmas!
We have had an exciting couple of weeks around here! I FINALLY can make an announcement… We are having a BOY! We are excited we have a healthy baby brother. But at first, I was honestly disappointed because I really wanted a girl. But I am already so in love with this active little, as ZC says, “ninja trainer”! Lots of prayer has been shared over this little one and he has been given to us as a gift from God. He already has big plans for this tiny little one. We are so blessed! It doesn’t matter, boy or girl, we will take it gladly! Seth really enjoys target shooting so I thought it would be fun for him to get to reveal. Here is a snapshot of our gender reveal. It happened to be the coldest day of the year so far! A cousin set it up so that we were able to be surprised! Thank you, Rob!
This week and last we have had both a yucky cold and a stomach bug go through. Not fun! We are all on the mend. But even though we had several much needed low key days, we still managed to add in some fun theme playing in daycare. We are talking about Winter in the Woods through MGT and since we are in full winter here (as low as -25 degrees!) we can bring the fun inside.
Christmas is right around the corner and we have been busy getting our presents ready. I can’t wait to show some pictures of what we were working on because they are super cute! We even had a surprise visit from Santa! My little mister Z is such a sweetie! He has done this for a couple of years for the kids. Maybe some day I may invest in an actual suit so he doesn’t have to use my house robe and a Kleenex! Lol But I have to give him props for using his imagination! He gets into it… even by asking what happened while he was “gone”. ❤️ him!
We also had a birthday at the beginning of December! Mr. A is proud to be the big 4 but frequently he claims to be 16! He is full of adventure and a sweetheart! Happy B-Day, AM!

I am so blessed to be able to “play with” and teach these beautiful kiddos! They are so much part of our family. Thank you for sharing them with us. Again, thank you for reading and sharing in our Playroom fun!! Stay warm!
